Kauppalehti’s “Achiever” certificate serves to benchmark a company’s success by rating its financial performance with respect to several key categories, including skillful management, dedicated personnel, efficient processes, and customer understanding. Only 2 percent of Finnish limited liability companies are able to attain this honour, which is awarded for companies that have received at least 50 points in Alma Talent’s Achievers-grading for five years in a row.

Doofor has been a recipient of the “Achiever” certificate some twelve consecutive years since 2011. The conferment of the “Achiever 2011-2023” award shows that in terms of financial capacities, Doofor is included among both the top companies in Finland as well as among its peers in the industry.

Growth amidst gloom

Meanwhile, Kauppalehti’s “Growth Company” certificate is given to those Finnish companies that have demonstrated clear growth in their business in the past three years. Significant revenue growth means that the company’s annual revenue growth has exceeded the industry average by at least 10 percent.
