Doofor DF550L-THD is a high-frequency hydraulic rock drill specially designed for industrial tap hole drilling. The DF550L-THD has a very low overhead, only 84 mm from the drill center line. The rotation motor of the DF550L-THD can be installed on the right-hand or the left-hand side.
The rock drill has a separated flushing box and heat-resistant sealing. Flushing media can be water or air. It can be equipped with shank adapters (striker bars) R32, R38, and T38.
Optimal maximum hole diameter for the DF550L-THD is 76 mm.
